No additional fees - you just pay your items and the shipping costs!

We want you to be happy about the goods you receive. Due to the huge distance our packages need to undertake from time to time, we feel obliged to pack and wrap your purchased LEGO products as good as possible for the journey. A lots of material to wrap weights a lot.

Thus please calculate with the weight of the packaging (up to 20%) when calculating shipping costs. 

The costs for shipping are automatically provided by Brickowl for most of the countries till 20 kg, upon checking out. Shall that not be the case, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping:

• We ship your order in 2-3 working days after your payment has arrived
• Shipping fees are mostly calculated by Brickowl upon checking out. Shall this not be the case, please ask for a Quote.
• We ship your order to the address you provide us via Brickowl/Paypal. We are not shipping to a different address than indicated at Paypal, picking up in person is not possible.
• We are shipping with DHL, German Post or DPD. Delivery can - in some cases - take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
• We always send you a link to track your shipment on the way to you. There you can only see tracking information shared with us by DHL/DPD, please contact us if that's not enough or not clear and we will get in touch with the provider to clear it up
• Investigation for "where my package is now" by DHL/DPD takes usually 2-4 weeks, but in very bad cases up to 8 weeks. This is something we can not influence, we can not get DHL/DPD to investigate faster so please give them some time to do their job.
   

Packaging:

• We use original LEGO boxes and/or extra cartons to wrap your order. Upon ordering please leave "space" (=weight free) for packaging. This is around 20% of the total product weight additionally.
• We do our best to ensure your package arrives without damage. If that is not the case please contact us.
